How do I know which engagement suits my business?
The simplest way is to have a short initial conversation. The three engagements address different situations — vendor documentation, working group structure, and leadership meeting rhythm. In a 20-minute call, we can usually work out together which, if any, is a reasonable fit for what you are dealing with.
What is the time commitment for my team?
The engagements are designed to sit comfortably alongside your team's existing work. For the Vendor Mapping engagement, the main ask is short conversations — perhaps 30 to 45 minutes per relevant person. For the Charter Workshop and Leadership Cadence engagements, we work around agreed meeting schedules and review periods that fit your team's rhythm.
Can the engagement start before we have everything ready?
Yes. Part of the value of the Vendor Mapping engagement, for example, is that it helps surface what exists and what is missing — it does not require you to have organised records in advance. The process of reviewing what is available is itself part of the work.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are discussed and agreed before the engagement begins. We typically work with an initial payment to confirm the engagement and a final payment on delivery of the agreed document. Specific terms are set out in the engagement letter, which is drafted before work starts.
How is my business information handled?
All information shared during an engagement is treated with discretion. We do not share client information with third parties, and the working documents produced remain with the client. Confidentiality expectations are addressed in the engagement letter at the start of each piece of work.
Can engagements be conducted remotely?
We are based in Hua Hin and can meet in person with businesses in Prachuap Khiri Khan and surrounding areas. Remote working sessions — by video call — are also suitable for most of the engagement activities, particularly review and facilitation sessions. We are happy to discuss what combination works for your team.
